Replacement Policy

 

At Technomake, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with all our products. Our replacement policy is designed to make the process as seamless as possible.

  1. Eligibility for Replacement:

    1. Consumers have the right to request a product replacement within 7 days of receiving their order. After this period, the right to replace the product will no longer apply.
    2. The product must be in unused and original condition, and it should not show any signs of wear or usage.
    3. The store reserves the right to inspect the product before approving the replacement to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
  2. Replacement Shipping:

    • Domestic replacement: The consumer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for the replacement.
    • International replacement: The consumer will bear the full shipping costs for the replacement, including delivering the product to the shipping company.
    • If the replacement is due to a defect or store error, the consumer will be compensated for shipping costs.
  3. Exclusions:

    • Products made upon the consumer’s request or as per custom specifications are not eligible for replacement unless there is a defect.
    • Items such as CDs, DVDs, software programs, videos, and similar media, once used, are not eligible.
    • Products such as newspapers, books, and other publications are not eligible.
    • If a defect occurs due to improper handling by the consumer, the product will not be eligible for replacement.
    • Contracts dealing with accommodation, transportation, feeding services, or software downloads via the internet are not eligible for replacement.

 
Return Policy

We understand that there may be circumstances where a return is necessary. The following guidelines ensure a smooth return process at Technomake:

  1. Eligibility for Return:

    • Consumers have the right to return a product within 7 days from the date of receipt. Beyond this, returns will no longer be accepted.
    • To be eligible for return, the product must be in good condition, unused, and in the original packaging. The store reserves the right to inspect the product to ensure its eligibility for return.
  2. Return Shipping:

    • The consumer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.
    • For international returns, the consumer must bear the full shipping costs, including delivering the product to the shipping company.
    • In cases where the return is due to a product defect or store error, the consumer will be compensated for the return shipping costs.
  3. Exclusions:

    • Products manufactured upon special request or according to the consumer’s custom specifications are not eligible for return, except in cases of defects.
    • Items such as CDs, DVDs, software programs, videos, and other similar media that have been used are not returnable.
    • Newspapers, magazines, books, and other publications are not eligible for return.
    • Products that show defects due to improper handling by the consumer are not eligible for return.
    • Contracts involving accommodation, transportation, feeding services, or software downloads via the internet cannot be returned.
